Apply cost and duration estimating techniques and will establish project budget. Monitor and control project cost and duration and forecasting project cost and duration using the Earned Value Management technique. Develop Quality management plan and learn quality management tools such as the 7 quality control tools. Participate in developing an effective communication management plans with stakeholders to satisfy their needs and expectations. Participate in developing Human Resource plans and staffing management plans and execute them to ensure successful project outcomes. Participate in developing risk management plans, identify, assess and quantify project risks and apply risk response strategies to avoid the risk or mitigate its impact or probability on project objectives or transfer it to a third party. Participate in developing procurement/purchasing management plans and execute them, and understand negotiation skills and contract management. Analysis exam questions and find the right answer.
